At Happy Skull Clothing Co. we take pride in creating meaningful, high-quality apparel that supports mental health awareness. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to love your purchase, so we offer exchanges and stand by our quality standards.

Exchanges

If you are sent a wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please note:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. 

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@happyskullclothingco.com with your order number and details of your request.

Quality Concerns & Defects

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right!

  • Quality-related claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Please include a photo of the issue when reaching out to our team.
  • If confirmed as a quality issue, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Minor variations in print placement or color due to the custom production process
  • Glassware and embroidered products.
